比索洛尔对高血压合并糖尿病患者糖代谢的影响

目的观察β受体阻滞剂富马酸比索洛尔对原发性高血压合并糖尿病患者糖代谢的影响。方法将79例血糖控制良好的高血压合并糖尿病的患者随机分为卡托普利组(75mg/d,n=38)和比索洛尔组(5.0mg/d,n=41),半量治疗4周后能耐受者增加至目标剂量,随访4周。分别于研究开始、治疗8周时测定糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖和血压等指标。结果治疗8周后比索洛尔组和卡托普利组的糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖和血压等指标间的差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论比索洛尔在有效降压的同时对糖代谢无不良影响。
