超敏C-反应蛋白对急诊胸痛病人的诊断价值

目的检验超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)对急诊室胸痛病人的诊断价值。方法对2007-01~2007-12间,我院急诊接诊主诉为胸痛的病人进行超敏C反应蛋白测定,以及心电图检查。结果各组心血管性疾病患者(112例)血清hs-CRP浓度显著高于对照组(52例,1.07 mg/L±0.93 mg/L),而非心血管性疾病组与对照组相比无显著差别。结论hs-CRP的测定可辅助急诊胸痛病人预测心源性疾病的发生,有助于急诊室心源性疾病的诊断。

C-Reactive Protein Diagnostic Value in Emergency Patients with Chest Pain

Objective To test diagnostic values of C - reactive （CRP） in patients admitted to the emergency room with chest pain. Methods From January 2007 to December 2007, 235 patients were performed by measurements of hs- CRP, in addition to serial ECG. Results Serum hs- CRP concentrations in patients with cardiovascular diseases were significantly higher than those in controls （52cases, 1.07 ± 0.93 mg/L）. In cardiovascular disease patients, serum hs - CRP concentrations were elevated in SA, UA and AMI groups as compared with the control group, serum hs - CRP were significantly increased, no statistical differentiation between no- cardiovascular diseases group and control group. Conclusion These results suggest that measurements of hs- CRP for patients admitted to the emergency room with chest pain may be practical and useful. By this method, emergency doctors can easily and rapidly gained objective standard to judge cardiovascular events.
