| 摘 要： | 目的：通过正交试验,优选土甘草的最佳提取工艺。方法：采用正交试验法,以干膏率为指标,对土甘草提取工艺进行筛选。结果：综合考虑,最佳提取工艺为溶剂倍量1∶8,提取时间1小时、提取3次。结论：优选所得工艺经济、简单、稳定、可行。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To optimize the extraction process fromTu gancao.Methods：The method for extraction from Tu gancao was optimized with orthogonal experimental design.Results：The results showed that Tu gancao were obtained by the following extaction with Ethanol（1：8） for 1h,three times.Conclusion：This optimized process is economica,simple,stable and efficient. |
