电针对脊髓损伤后硫酸软骨素蛋白多糖表达的影响

摘    要:
目的观察电针对脊髓损伤后硫酸软骨素蛋白多糖(CSPGs)表达的影响,探讨电针对脊髓损伤修复的可能作用机制。方法将成年SD大鼠40只分为正常对照组、模型组和电针组。建立成年大鼠T9~T10段脊髓全横断损伤模型。除电针组于术后当天进行电针治疗外,3个组均分别于术后7、14、28 d取材,用免疫组织化学ABC法和图像分析技术检测脊髓内CSPGs的表达。结果术后7~28 d,与正常对照组相比模型组脊髓损伤邻近组织内CSPGs表达明显增强(P<0.05);与模型组相比,电针组脊髓损伤邻近组织内CSPGs表达明显受到抑制,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论电针能显著降低脊髓损伤后CSPGs的表达,从而减弱CSPGs对轴突再生的抑制作用,这可能是其促进脊髓损伤修复的可能机制之一。
