| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心血管疾病患者心理特征,为其心理治疗提供依据。方法采用自行设计的一般情况问卷,以及一般自我效能感量表(GSES)、特质应对方式量表(TCSQ)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)分别对126例心血管疾病患者(病例组)和143例健康者(对照组)进行评定。结果年龄、体质量指数(BMI)病例组高于对照组,体力活动情况低于对照组(P<0.05);消极应对评分、焦虑评分、抑郁评分病例组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。主成分Logistic回归分析结果表明,年龄、BMI、焦虑、抑郁与心血管疾病呈正相关,而消极应对呈边缘显著(P=0.056)。结论心血管疾病患者较正常人群存在较为严重的焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,面对困难和挫折时,更加倾向于采取消极应对方式;消极应对、焦虑、抑郁、年龄、BMI是心血管疾病的危险因素。
