恶性肿瘤患者化疗后手足麻木的中医证型分布及相关因素分析

目的探讨恶性肿瘤患者化疗后手足麻木的中医证型分布以及性别、糖尿病史、吸烟史、饮酒史与中医证型的相关性。方法选择化疗后手足麻木的恶性肿瘤患者57例,观察其中医证型分布及病性证素特点,并用统计学软件分析中医证型与性别、糖尿病史、吸烟史、饮酒史是否具有相关性。结果恶性肿瘤患者化疗后手足麻木的中医证型分为5种:占比最大的为气虚血瘀证,其次为气滞血瘀证、肝肾不足证、肝郁脾虚证,占比最小的为阳虚寒滞证;病性证素以血瘀、气虚为主;饮酒史在各中医证型上的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论恶性肿瘤患者化疗后手足麻木的中医证型主要为气虚血瘀证,患者个人饮酒史与中医证型之间具有相关性。

Analysis on the distribution of TCM syndromes and related factors of hand-foot numbness in tumor patients after chemotherapy

Objective To analyze the distribution of TCM syndrome types of hand-foot numbness in cancer patients after chemotherapy and whether gender,diabetes history,smoking history and drinking history are related to TCM syndrome types.Methods 57 cases of malignant tumor patients with handfoot numbness after chemotherapy were selected to observe the distribution of TCM syndromes and syndrome element characteristics.Statistical software was used to analyze the correlation between gender,history of diabetes,smoking history,drinking history and TCM syndromes.Results There were five TCM syndrome types of hand-foot numbness in cancer patients after chemotherapy:Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome is the most common,Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,deficiency of liver and kidney syndrome,liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome rank second,and Yang deficiency and cold stagnation syndrome occupy the smallest proportion.The main syndrome elements of disease nature are blood stasis and Qi deficiency.The difference of drinking history in TCM syndromes was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The main TCM syndrome types of hand-foot numbness in cancer patients after chemotherapy is Qi deficiency and blood stasis,Patients'personal drinking history is correlated with TCM syndromes.
