The relationship between exercise cardiopulmonary function,renal function and severity of OSAHS

Objective To study the relationship between exercise cardiopulmonary function,renal function and severity of OSAHS.Methods 80 patients with OSAHS admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2019 were analyzed retrospectively.The patients with sleep apnea hypopnea index(AHI)were divided into severe group(AHI≥30 times/h,42 cases),moderate group(15≤AHI<30 times/h,26 cases),mild group(5≤AHI<15 times/h,12 cases),and healthy group(healthy persons,60 cases)for the control group,sleep monitoring,exercise cardiopulmonary function,renal function related indicators and the number of abnormal renal function metabolism were compared.Results Comparing the sleep monitoring indicators of the patients in each group,it was found that there were significant differences in the patients'awakening time,average AHI night minimum SaO₂,and average sleep SaO₂(P<0.05).The relevant indicators of the control group were better than those of OSAHS patients in the mild,moderate and severe groups(P<0.05),and there were obvious changes in the severity of OSAHS.Comparing the exercise cardiopulmonary function indexes of each group of patients,it was found that the patients'heart rate,AT,Wmax%pred,and VO₂max were significantly different(P<0.05).The relevant indicators of the control group were better than those of OSAHS patients in the mild,moderate and severe groups(P<0.05),and there were obvious changes in the severity of OSAHS.Comparing the serum indexes of the patients in each group,it was found that the BUN/Scr,Scr,and BUN of the patients were significantly different(P<0.05).The related indicators of the control group were better than those of OSAHS patients in the mild,moderate and severe groups(P<0.05),and there were significant changes in the severity of OSAHS patients.The results of Spearman correlation analysis showed that heart rate,BUN/Scr ratio,Scr,BUN were positively correlated with the severity of OSAHS patients(P<0.05),and AT,Wmax%pred,VO₂max were negatively correlated with the severity of OSAHS patients(P<0.05).Conclusion As the condition of OSAHS patients worsens,the patient's exercise cardiopulmonary function,AHI index,and renal function will change significantly,and cause certain damage to the patient's heart function and renal function.
