呼吸双相对比胸片在儿童实变性支原体肺炎的应用初探

目的:评价呼吸双相对比胸片诊断儿童实变性支原体肺炎的价值。方法:收集呼吸双相对比胸片58例,对比观察病灶形态、密度和肺纹理变化,并将所得影像诊断与确诊结果做比较。设立对照组,比较分析病灶形态、密度和肺纹理变化的差异。结果:双相对比胸片提示诊断MPP 41例,本组病例最终确诊MPP 40例,诊断符合率85%。实变性MPP病灶形态、密度和肺纹理变化明显。结论:实变性支原体肺炎的影像学表现特殊,合理应用呼吸双相对比胸片,可于早期做出影像学诊断。

Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia with consolidation in children: the role of dual-respiratory-phase chest plain film

Objective：To evaluate the role of dual-respiratory-phase chest plain film in children MPP with consolidation.Methods：58 children with MPP underwent dual-respiratory-phase chest plain film.The appearance and density and pulmonary markings of lesions were reviewed.The results between imaging diagnosis and final diagnosis and the result,between case group and control group were compared.Results：41 children were diagnosed with MPP by dual-respiratory-phase chest plain film,this group of patients were ultimately diagnosed with MPP in 40 cases.The diagnostic rate was 85%.The appearance and density and pulmonary markings of MPP with consolidation should serve as important aspects for overviewing.Conclusion：MPP with consolidation shows specific imaging findings and we can make an early diagnosis with dual-respiratory-phase chest plain film.
