| 摘 要： | ①目的分析脑脊液中肠道病毒（EV）RNA的检测结果，了解所检测的RNA病毒在脑膜炎中的致病作用。②方法检测脑脊液标本EVRNA应用EV通用引物聚合酶链反应方法。③结果无茵性脑膜炎组EVRNA的阳性率为31．1％（47／151）。其中儿童组42．6％（26／61）、成人组23．3％（21／90），两组阳性结果的差别具有显著性（P〈0．05）。37例对照组未检出EVRNA。④结论EV是导致无菌性脑膜炎的重要病原体。聚合酶链反应方法可以用于脑膜炎的临床病原学诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the detected results of enterovirus RNA in cerebrospinal fluid and understand the relationship between enterovirus infection and meningitis.Methods Enterovirus RNA was detected by the general primer-polymerase chain reaction in cerebrospinal fluid.Results The positive rate of enterovirus RNA in aseptic meningitis group was 31.1%(47/151),in which children group was 42.6%(26/61) and adult group was 23.3%(21/90)(P<0.05),while enterovirus RNA was not examined out in 37 control cases.Conclusions The enterovirus was the important pathogens which cause aseptic meningitis.polymerase chain reaction was a useful tool for the clinic etiologic diagnosis of meningitis. |
