万古霉素联合自体微小颗粒骨植骨治疗感染性骨缺损的临床研究

摘    要:目的:探讨感染性骨缺损患者行万古霉素联合自体微小颗粒骨植骨治疗的临床疗效。方法方便选取该院2014年12月-2015年12月接收的120例感染性骨缺损患者,随机分为观察组与对照组各60例,对照组行自体微小颗粒骨植骨治疗,观察组在对照组基础上施加万古霉素治疗,对比两组治疗1周、5周、8周以及10周后的感染控制率与感染指标控制情况和两组治疗效果。结果两组经治疗1周、5周、8周以及10周后,对照组的感染控制率分别以6.7%、13.3%、23.3%、33.3%明显低于观察组的13.3%、26.7%、36.7%、50.0%(P<0.05);观察组感染相关指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组X线片积分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论感染性骨缺损患者行万古霉素联合自体微小颗粒骨植骨治疗的效果显著,具推广价值。

Clinical Study of Vancomycin Combined with Autogenous Micro Grain Bone Graft to Treat Infections of the Bone Defect
Abstract:Objective To study the infective bone defect patients vancomycin with autologous tiny granular bone graft clini-cal curative effect of treatment. Methods Convenient selection 120 cases of infection in patients with bone defects in our hospital in December 2014 to December 2015 received randomly divided into observation group and control group were 60 cases,60 cases in control group lines of autologous tiny granular bone graft treatment, observation group in the control group on the basis of applying vancomycin treatment,to compare the treatment, 1 week, 5 weeks, 8 weeks and 10 weeks after in-fection control rate and control of infection indicators. Results Two groups after treatment 1 weeks, 5 weeks, 8 weeks and 10 weeks, the control of infection control respectively by 6.7%, 13.3%, 23.3%, 33.3%, significantly lower than the obser-vation group was 13.3%, 26.7%, 36.7% and 50.0%, respectively (P < 0.05); Infection related indicators of observation group was obviously better than that of control group (P< 0.05); In the two groups after treatment of X line piece integral comparison there was no significant difference, not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion Patients with infective bone defect in the line of vancomycin with autologous tiny granular bone graft treatment effect is remarkable, high popular-ization value.
