盆腔炎颗粒对血瘀兼肾虚型慢性盆腔炎患者免疫学指标的影响

目的：探究在血瘀兼肾虚型慢性盆腔炎治疗中采用盆腔炎颗粒的临床治疗效果及对免疫学指标的影响。方法采用抽签分组方式对方便选取的该院在2012年3月＿2016年3月期间收治的血瘀兼肾虚型慢性盆腔炎患者66例进行分组研究,即对照组和实验组,每组33例患者,将盆炎净颗粒应用于对照组患者中,将盆腔炎颗粒应用于实验组患者中,将两组患者的临床治疗效果进行对比和分析。结果治疗前两组患者血清IL-2、血清TNF-α、外周血CD4及CD4/CD8对比差异无统计学意义P>0.05,而治疗后,相较于对照组,实验组患者的血清IL-2(4.54±0.45)μg/L、血清TNF-α(1.21±0.14)μg/L、外周血CD4(44.62±3.55)及CD4/CD8(1.24±0.20)明显较优,差异有统计学意义P<0.05。结论在血瘀兼肾虚型慢性盆腔炎治疗中采用盆腔炎颗粒具有明显的效果,可优化免疫学指标,在临床上值得应用推广。

Effect of Pelvic Inflammatory Granule on Immune Index in Patients with Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease of Blood Stasis and Kidney Deficiency Type

Results Two groups of patients before treatment, serum IL-2, serum TNF-α, peripheral blood CD4 and CD4 / CD8 comparison of differences in P>0.05, and after treatment, compared to the control group, the experimental group of patients with serum IL-2 (4.54 ± 0.45)μg/L, serum TNF-α (1.21 ± 0.14)μg/L, peripheral blood CD4 (44.62 ± 3.55) and the CD4 /CD8 (1.24 ± 0.20) produced significantly better contrast difference P<0.05, statis-tically significant. Conclusion In the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with blood stasis and kidney deficien-cy, the use of pelvic inflammatory particles has obvious effect, can optimize the immunological indexes, it is worthy of ap-plication and promotion in clinic.
