超早期急性脑梗死应用阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗的临床分析

目的：探讨超早期急性脑梗死应用阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗的临床疗效。方法随机选取2014年9月-2016年6月该院收治的50例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象，全部患者均用药阿替普酶进行超早期急诊救治。依救治时间不同将入选病例分为2组：实验组25例，患者发病3 h内用药；对照组25例，患者发病3~6 h用药，对比分析两组用药疗效。结果两组均无死亡病例，救治成功率100%；实验组患者治疗后NIHSS改善效果优于对照组(P<0.05)，治疗总有效率(96.0%)与对照组(92.0%)相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗后凝血功能各项指标均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论以阿替普酶对急性脑梗死患者进行超早期溶栓治疗可有效改善患者神经功能缺损症状，应用疗效显著，安全性良好，值得推广使用。

Super Early Acute Cerebral Infarction at Alteplase Venous Thrombolysis Treatment of Clinical Analysis

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of intravenous thrombolytic therapy for acute cerebral infarction in patients with super early stage of cerebral infarction. Methods Random selection 50 cases of patients with acute cerebral in-farction treated in our hospital from September 2014 - June 2016 as the research object, all the patients were treated with the drug. According to the treatment time, the selected cases were divided into 2 groups: the experimental group 25 cases, the incidence of 3H in patients with medication;the control group of 25 cases, the incidence of 3~6 h drug use, comparative analysis of the two groups of drug efficacy. Results The two groups had no death cases, treatment success rate of 100%;af-ter treatment, the patients in the experimental group nhiss effect is better than that of control group (P<0.05), the treatment efficiency (96.0%) and control group (92.0%) showed no significant difference (P>0.05). There was no statistical difference in coagulation function after treatment in the two groups (P> 0.05).Conclusion Super early thrombolytic therapy for acute cerebral infarction can effectively improve the neurological function of patients with acute cerebral infarction. It has a good curative effect and good safety, and it is worth popularizing.
