疤痕子宫足月妊娠自然分娩的可能性和安全性分析

摘    要:目的:探究疤痕子宫足月妊娠自然分娩的可行性与安全性。方法整群选取该院2016年1_6月期间收治的37例疤痕子宫自然分娩患者作为观察组A,选择同期足月剖宫产患者37例作为观察组B,自然分娩失败中转剖宫产37例作为对照组,对3组患者的产时出血量、住院时间、住院费用和新生儿评分进行比较。结果观察组A的产时出血量为(232.45±30.67﹚mL,观察组B为(282.23±32.56﹚mL,对照组为(396.32±46.33﹚mL,P<0.05;对照组住院时间为(6.96±1.42﹚d,观察组A为(4.63±1.62﹚d,观察组B为(5.41±1.26﹚d,P<0.05;观察组A的新生儿Apgar评分为(9.45±1.42﹚分,观察组B为(9.41±1.26﹚分,对照组为(9.35±1.37﹚分,差异均有统计学意义,P>0.05。结论疤痕子宫足月妊娠采用自然分娩的方式出血量少,住院时间短,住院费用少。

Analysis of the Possibility and Safety of Natural Labor in Term Pregnancy with Scar Uterus
Abstract:Objective To explore the feasibility and safety of natural labor in term pregnancy of scarred uterus. Methods Group selection 37 cases of patients with uterine scar natural childbirth. In our hospital from January 2016 to June 2016 were treated as the observation group A, selected cesarean section in 37 cases as the observation group B, natural childbirth failure transfer of cesarean section in 37 cases as control group, the three groups of patients with intrapartum bleeding, hos-pitalization time and cost and newborns were compared. Results The observation group A intrapartum bleeding was (232.45±30.67﹚mL, B in the observation group was (282.23±32.56﹚mL, the control group was (396.32±46.33﹚mL, P<0.05;the control group hospitalization time was(6.96±1.42﹚d, A in the observation group was (4.63±1.62﹚d, B in the observation group was (5.41±1.26﹚d, P<0.05;the observation group of neonatal A Apgar the score was (9.45±1.42﹚points, B in the observation group was(9.41±1.2﹚, the control group is(9.35±1.37﹚points,the difference was statistically significant,P>0.05. Conclusion The way of natural delivery in the term pregnancy with scar uterus is less, the length of hospital stay is shorter, and the cost of hospitalization is less.
