抗精神病药物联合低频重复经颅磁刺激治疗对精神分裂症顽固性幻听的临床对照研究

目的：探讨精神分裂症顽固性幻听采取抗精神病药物联合低频重复经颅磁刺激治疗的临床疗效。方法选取2014年1月-2015年6月东莞市第七人民医院收治的92例精神分裂症顽固性幻听患者，所有患者均给予原抗精神病药物治疗，按随机双盲对照，将该组患者分为对照组和观察组2组，对照组46例患者接受伪刺激治疗，观察组46例患者接受低频重复经颅磁刺激治疗，治疗2周后，采用阴性和阳性症状量表(PANSS)对两组治疗前后的症状改善情况进行评定，并评价其不良反应。结果观察组治疗后PANSS评分为(61.28±5.62)分，低于对照组(70.23±10.52)分，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组均无严重不良反应发生。结论对精神分裂症顽固性幻听疾病的治疗，在抗精神病药物治疗基础上联合低频重复经颅磁刺激治疗可取得较好效果，且不良反应少，值得临床推荐使用。

Clinical Control Research of Antipsychotic Drugs Combined with Low Fre-quency Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation in Treatment of Schizophrenia Auditory Hallucination of Spirit

Objective To probe into the clinical effects of?antipsychotic drugs combined with low frequency repetitive tran-scranial magnetic stimulation in treatment of schizophrenia auditory hallucination of spirit. Methods 92 patients with schizophrenia auditory hallucination and who accepted treatments in the Seventh People's Hospital of Dongguan City from January 2014 to June 2015 were selected.All patients were treated with antipsychotic treatment,and according to a random-ized, double-blind control were divided into two groups of the control group and the observation group in this group.In the control group of 46 patients were received pseudo stimulation therapy while in the observation group of 46 patients were re-ceived low frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation.Then,after the treatment for two weeks, the improvement of symptoms before and after treatment of two groups were assessed by negative and positive symptom scale (PANSS), and the adverse reactions were evaluated. Results After the treatment, the PANSS score in the observation group was (61.28±5.62) score,which was lower than that in the control group of (70.23±10.52), and the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05); There were no serious adverse reactions between the two groups. Conclusion The treatment of auditory hallucination of schizophrenia disease,on the basis of antipsychotic treatment combined with low frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation which can achieve good results, and the toxic side effects are less, thus it is worthy to be of recommended in the clinical.
