重症手足口病护理探讨

目的：通过回顾性研究，分析危重症手足口病患儿的临床特点，探讨通过密切观察、早期诊断和及时处置对手足口病患儿中危重症者抢救成功率的影响。方法根据国家卫生部手足口病诊疗指南(2010年版﹚重症诊断标准随机选取该院2010年2月＿2015年7月收治的50例病例进行筛选，对这些筛选出来的病例，护理人员着重观察患儿的精神神经系统症状、末梢循环情况、面色变化，加强生命体征、中心静脉压、指脉氧和血糖的监测，积极完善各项辅助检查，根据监测结果，及时采取相应的治疗护理措施。结果经过密切观察病情变化，积极采取相关的治疗与护理措施，所筛选患儿49例无护理并发症发生，痊愈出院，死亡1例。结论重症手足口病患儿病情进展迅速，病死率高，护理人员应密切观察患儿病情变化，在护理过程中有高度的警觉性，及时发现患者的病情变化，做好相关并发症的护理，大部分患儿预后良好。

Severe Hand,Foot and Mouth Disease Nursing Experience

Objective To through the retrospective study, analysis the clinical characteristics of children with critical dis-ease (HFMD), to explore through close observation, early diagnosis and timely treatment of the critically ill children with hand, foot and mouth disease rescue success rate. Methods According to the national ministry of health, foot and mouth disease diagnosis and treatment guidelines (2010 edition) diagnostic criteria for severe cases screening, Random selection screening process for 50 cases from February 2010 to July 2015 in ous hospital, the nursing staff focus on observing the pa-tient's nervous system symptoms, physical signs, complexion, peripheral circulation, strengthening the body temperature, heart rate, respiration, blood pressure, CVP, Spo2 and blood sugar monitoring, assist complete each auxiliary examination, according to the results of the monitoring and nursing care of patients with corresponding measures in a timely manner. Results After close observation condition change, take active treatment and nursing measures, this group of children with no nursing complications, 49 patients were cured, 1 cases died. Conclusion Children with severe hand, foot and mouth disease progress quickly, the case fatality rate is high, the nursing staff should closely observe patients condition change, has a high degree of vigilance in the process of care, patient's condition change in time, make the nursing of complications, most of the children with good prognosis.
