老年男性骨质疏松与M-纤维凝胶蛋白基因多态性的关系

摘    要:
目的探讨M-纤维凝胶蛋白基因(M—ficolin)的FCN1基因启动子1981碱基G〉A突变rs2989727多态性与老年男性骨质疏松症的关系。方法选择老年男性骨质疏松症患者108例,老年男性非骨质疏松症者(对照组)90例,检测骨密度和钙、磷、碱性磷酸酶等指标与M—ficolin的FCN1基因启动子1981碱基G〉A突变rs2989727多态性。结果老年男性骨质疏松症组与对照组M—ficolin的FCN1基因启动子1981碱基G〉A突变rs2989727多态性等位基因分布频率无统计学意义。结论FCN1基因M-ficolin的FCN1基因启动子1981碱基G〉A突变rs2989727多态性与老年男性骨质疏松发病可能无关。

Relationship between the polymorphism of M-ficolin and primary osteoporosis in aged men

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the relationship between the polymorphisms of rs2989727 of M-ficolin ( FCN-1 ) and primary osteoporosis in aged Chinese men in Fuzhou. Methods In 108 osteoporosis and 90 control ( no- osteoporosis) (n = 90) aged Chinese men in Fuzhou, the genotypes and alleles of rs2989727 in FCN-1 gene were detected and analyzed by the polymerase chain reaction and gene sequencing techniques. Bone mineral density (BMD) were measured by dual energy X-ray absorptionmetry (DEXA) in the proximal femur (femoral neck, trochanter) and lumbar spine L2-L4. Results There were no significant differences of the FCN-1 gene polymorphisms in osteoporotic and control group aged men ( P 〉 0. 05). Conclusion There is no relationship between rs2989727 polymorphisms of FCN-1 gene and osteoporosis in Chinese aged males in Fuzhou.
