外周静脉不同采血方法对急诊血标本溶血的影响

目的 研究外周静脉3种不同采血方法对血标本溶血的影响.方法 选择2010年9～11月既需要静脉输液又需要静脉采血的1036例患者,采用随机分组方法决定采血方式,A组343例,采用留置针连接采血器采血；B组365例,采用留置针连接注射器采血；C组328例,采用单纯采血器采血.分别记录每种采血方法的溶血情况和溶血程度.结果 A组血标本的溶血率为14.72％,B组的溶血率为25.21％,C组的溶血率为3.50％,3组溶血率比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).惰性分离促凝管(黄色封盖)比枸橼酸钠凝血试验管(蓝色封盖)更易溶血.18G留置针溶血率为9.32％,20G留置针溶血率为19.81％,22G留置针溶血率为32.58％.结论 单纯采血器采血溶血率最低,其次为留置针连接采血器采血,留置针连接注射器采血溶血率最高.
