| 摘 要： | 目的:观察白内障超声乳化中白星技术下治疗各种白内障的优越性。方法:对白内障患者随机分组,研究组(36眼)采用白星超声乳化技术,对照组(36眼)采用普通超声乳化技术,对比两组术后视力,手术并发症及角膜内皮数量变化等。结果:两组术后视力恢复无显著性差异,对照组出现角膜水肿,中、重度房水闪辉的几率高于研究组;研究组术后角膜水肿减少数量低于对照组。结论:利用白星超声乳化技术透明角膜切口治疗各种白内障具有损伤小、并发症少、恢复快的特点。此手术方法超声时间短、超声能量少、安全性高。值得在眼科手术医生中推广。
