试析醒脑开窍法中部分腧穴的刺法

通过对醒脑开窍法中极泉等腧穴的取穴、针刺手法及针刺效应的分析,说明醒脑开窍法中这几个腧穴的针刺操作是通过对穴位局部相应神经干的适量刺激,配合醒脑开窍法中其他腧穴的针刺,共收开窍醒神、疏通经络之功.说明醒脑开窍法是在对神经系统解剖生理的客观准确认识的基础上,对中医针灸基础理论的进-步完善.

Analysis on acupuncture method of some acupoints in the method of Xingnao Kaiqiao

The selecting point, manipulations acupuncture, and the reaction of puncturing of some acupoints such as jiquan in the methodof Xingnao Kaiqiao (XNKQ) were analyzed.When puncture these acupoints, we give a proper stimulation to the corresponding nerves nearthe acupoint combining with puncturing other points of XNKQ.We got the effect of"activating brain and opening orifices, dredging themeridian and collateral.It was concluded that the XNKQ was a theory based on the full knowledge of the anatomy of nerves system, andcomplement of the TCM theory.
