免怀散加味临床新用

免怀散出自《济阴纲目》卷十四,全方由当归尾、赤芍药、红花、牛膝四位药物组成,主治产后乳汁暴涌不止,食少,欲回其乳者。临证还须明辨阴阳,分清气血,随症加减,笔者治疗乳癖、闭经、跌打损伤均有较好的疗效。附验案4则,以资说明。
