| 摘 要： | 目的:观察葛根黄芪汤加减治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法:将90例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为两组:对照组40例,给予牵引和戴芬口服;治疗组50例,牵引和葛根黄芪汤加减内服。结果:治疗组治愈11例,显效21例,有效15例,无效3例,总有效率94%;对照组治愈6例,显效12例,有效16例,无效6例,总有效率85%.两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:葛根黄芪汤加减治疗神经根型颈椎病,可获得满意的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the curative effect of Gegen-Huangqi decoction for treating cervical spondylosis of nerve root type. Methods：The 90 cases of nerve root type cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into two groups. The pa tients of control group （n=40） were given traction treatment and Difene orally, and the treatment groups （n=50） were taken Gegen-Huangqi decoction orally. Results：In treatment group, 11 cases were cured, 21 cases were markedly effective, 15 cases were effective, and 3 cases were invalid, the total efficiency was 94%. In control group, 6 cases were cured, 12 cases were markedly effective, 16 cases were effective, and 6 cases were invalid, the total efficiency was 85 %. The curative effect of the two groups were statistically difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Gegen-Huangqi decoction is effective for treating cervical spondylosis of nerve root type. |
