| 摘 要： | 目的：研制生化产复康胶囊，建立质量控制方法。方法：采用薄层色谱法鉴别当归，川芎，干姜和益母草，高效液相色谱法测定制剂中的阿魏酸。结果：制剂中各药材薄层色谱斑点清晰；连续生产三批制剂阿魏酸含量稳定。结论：生化产复康胶囊制备工艺合理，质量可控。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study preparation and establish the quality control methods of Shenghua-Canfukang Capsules. Methods Radix Angelicae Sineusis, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Rhizoma Zingiberis and Herba LeonurI were identified by TLC; the content of Ferulic acid in Shenghua-Canfukang Capsules was determined by HPLC. Results The chromatographic spots of the three ingredients were distinct; the content of Ferulic acid determined by HPLC in three lots of products was stable. Conclusions Preparation procedures of Shenghua-Canfukang Capsules were rational. These methods could be used for the quality control of Shenghua-Canfukang Capsules. |
