2005-2009年长子县综合医疗机构网络直报肺结核病人转诊与追踪情况分析

[目的]了解长子县2005-2009年综合医疗机构网络直报疑似肺结核病人的转诊、追踪情况，为提高病人发现和结核病防治可持续发展提供依据。[方法]对长子县非结防机构网络直报肺结核病人转诊追踪情况报表以及相关资料进行分析。[结果]2005～2009年非结防机构网络直报肺结核病人及疑似病人696例，各年份转诊率分别为61．43％、80．19％、85．19％、88．57％、90．95％，转诊到位率分别为44．19％、60．00％、67．83％、73．55％、79．58％，追踪率分别为74．51％、83．64％、87．72％、90．16％、96．55％，追踪到位率分别为63．16％、71．74％、76．00％、80．00％、87．50％，总体到位率分别为61．43％、79．25％、85．93％、90．29％、95．71％。在转诊到位的病人中，35．27％的病人为涂阳病人；追踪到位的病人中，14．36％的病人为涂阳病人。639例登记管理的初治涂阳病人中，27．07％来自转诊和追踪。[结论]长子县2005～2009年医疗机构转诊率、转诊到位率、结防机构追踪率、追踪到位率和总体到位率逐年提高。

Analysis on the Web-based Reporting Pulmonary Tuberculosis Referral and Tracing in Zhangzi County, 2005-2009

[Objectlve]To understand the referral and tracing of tuberculosis patients in the web-based reporting by general hospitals in Zhangzi county,2005-2009, so as to provide the basis for improving the level of the patient＇s discovery and sustainable development to prevent and control tuberculosis. [Methods]Analysis was made on the referral and follow up of reported cases o f tuberculosis by web-based medical units in Zhangzi county, 2005 2009. [Results]During 2005 2009 ,of the 696 cases of tuberculosis reported by medical institutions, the referral rate was 61.43%,80.19%,85.19%, 88.57%,and 90.95%,the referral arrival rate was 44.19%,60.00%,67.83%0,73.55%,and 79.58%,the follow up rate was 74. 51%, 83. 64%, 87. 72%, 90.16%, and 96.55%, the follow up arrival rate was 63.16%, 71.74%,76.00%, 80.00%,and87.50%,the total rate was 61.43%,79.25%,85.93%,90.29%,and 95.71%,35.27% cases were smear positive cases of the referral arrival cases,14.36% cases were smear positive cases of the follow-up arrival cases. Of 639 the new smear positive TB cases,27.07% were the referral and follow up cases. [Conelusion]The referral rate, referral arrival rate,the follow up rate, the follow up arrival rate,and the total rate are increasing in Zhangzi counly, 2005-2009.
