2006-2010年广州市越秀区法定虫媒传染病流行特征分析

[目的]掌握越秀区近5年虫媒传染病发病特点和流行特征。[方法]对2006～2010年越秀区法定报告虫媒传染病发病情况进行分析。[结果12006～2010年越秀区累计报告法定虫媒传染病133例，年均发病率为2．29／10万，其中大塘街道最高（5．54／10万）。年均发病率，疟疾为0．19／10万，登革热为1．52／10万，流行性乙型脑炎为0．04／10万，流行性出血热为0．52／10万，钩端螺旋体病为0．04／10万。133例病人中，男性占57．14％，女性占42．86％；〈20岁的占14．28％，20～50岁的占56．39％，〉50岁的占29．33％；商业服务人员占18．04％，家务待业者占18．04％，离退人员占14．28％，干部职员占12．78％，工人、民工占11．28％，其他占27．82％；8～11月发病的占70．67％。2006～2010年发病率分别为5．29／10万、1．82／10万、0．69／10万、1．03／10万、2．05／10万。[结论]越秀区虫媒传染病疫情比较平稳，登革热为主要疾病。

Analysis on the Epidemiological Characteristics of Vector-borne Notifiable Infectious Diseases in Yuexiu District,Guangzhou City, 2006-2010

[Objective]To master the epidemiological features of vector-borne infectious diseases in the past 5 years in Yuexiu district,Guangzhou. [Methods] The epidemic situation of vector-borne notifiable infectious diseases was analyzed during 2006 2010 in Yuexiu district.[Results]A total of 133 cases of vector borne infectious diseases were reported with an annual incidence of 2.29/10^5 ,the highest report occurred in Datang sub district（ 5.54/10^5 ）. In the annual incidence, malaria was 0. 19/10^5 ,dengue fever was 1.52/10： ,epidemic encephalitis B was 0.04/10^5 ,epidemic hemorrhagic fever was 0.52/10^5,leptospirosis was 0.04/10^5.With 133 cases, men accounted for 57. 14%,women accounted for 42.86%;less than 20 years old for 14.28%,and 20-50 years old for 56.39%,more than 50 years old for 29.33^5 ;commercial services personnel accounted for 18.04^, housework unemploycnent personnel accounted for 18.04%, retirees accounted for 14.28^5 ,the cadre and staff members accounted for 12.78% ,workers and migrant workers accounted for 11.28% ,others accounted for 27.82% ;8 11 months of onset of 70.67%. The annual incidence was 5.29/10^5,1.82/10^5 ,0.69/10^5, 1.03/ 10^5,and 2.05/10^5, during 2006-2010. [Conclusion]In Yuexiu district, the vector borne infectious diseases outbreaks are smooth,the main disease is dengue fever.
