确立ICU护士护理技能体系的研究

目的:确立科学、实用的ICU护士护理技能体系,规范ICU护士的培训内容,提高ICU监护水平。方法:依据文献回顾、现况调研结果,拟定护理技能体系初步框架。采用德尔斐法(Delphi法),组织2轮专家咨询,论证建立ICU护士护理技能体系。结果:确立了包含11个维度、58个项目、261条项目内涵的ICU护士护理技能体系。结论:该体系强调了ICU护士对护理技能项目掌握的广度与深度,突出了护理学科发展与护理实践的结合,规范了ICU护士培训课程体系。

Establishing the system of nursing skill for ICU nurses

Objective： To establish a scientific and practical system of nursing skill for ICU nurses, in order to standardize the training content of ICU nurses and improve the level of ward. Methods： According to reference reviewing and investigation of present condition, the framework of basic system was set up, the method of Delphi was applied, two expert advice rounds were organized, and the system of nursing skill for ICU nurses was proved. Results- The system of nursing skill for ICU nurse was defined as 11 dimensions, 58 items, and 261 connotation items. Conclusion： The system could emphasize the breadth and depth of the nursing skills for ICU nurses, highlight the combination of nursing practice for the development of nursing science, and standard the training curriculum of ICU nurses.
