探讨X线结合CT扫描在鉴别诊断各型肺结核与转移性肺肿瘤中的应用价值

目的：探讨X线结合CT扫描在鉴别诊断各型肺结核与转移性肺肿瘤的应用价值。方法：选取2012年11月-2013年3月在本院进行救治的61例肺结核和26例转移性肺肿瘤患者作为研究对象,采用盲法对参与实验患者的X线片和CT进行回顾性分析,并根据其影像结果进行分析和诊断,统计分析X线、CT以及X线结合CT在诊断上的诊出率、可疑性诊断率及误诊率,并进行比较。结果：根据患者在X线或/和CT所表现出的病灶特征的不同,X线结合CT相比单纯的X线或CT对肺结核及转移性肺肿瘤的鉴别诊断更加确切,其诊出率分别可达77.14%和76.19%,差异具有统计学意义。结论：X线结合CT扫描能有效提高对各型肺结核与转移性肺肿瘤的鉴别诊断诊出率,降低误诊率。

The Application Value Analysis of the Differential Diagnosis in Various of Tuberculosis and Metastatic Lung Tumors by the Method of X-ray Combined with CT Scan

Objective：To analyze the application value of the differential diagnosis in various of tuberculosis and metastatic lung tumors by the method of X-ray combined with CT scan.Method：Choose 61 cases of pulmonary tubereculosis and 26 cases of metastatic lung cancer patients who were treated in our hospital between November 2012 to March 2013 as the research object,retrospectively analyzed the X ray film and CT scan of patients participating in clinical trials by the method of blind,and diagnosis according to the analysis result,statistical analysis the diagnosis rate,suspected diagnosis and the misdiagnosis rate of X-ray,CT scan and X-ray combined with CT scan in the diagnosis of various of tuberculosis and metastatic lung tumors,and the compared the result.Result：According to the X-ray or（and）CT scan,tuberculosis and metastatic lung tumorin patients performanced diffrent characteristics,and the diagnosis method of X-ray combined with CT in diagnosis of tuberculosis and metastatic lung tumors,the diagnostic rate could reach 77.14% and 76.19% respectively,was more exact than pure X-ray or CT scan,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion： X-ray combined with CT scan can effectively improve the diagnosed rate and reduce the misdiagnosis rate of the differential diagnosis of tuberculosis and metastatic lung tumors.
