摘    要:
目的:分析影响红细胞输注效果的相关因素,为临床科学、有效输血提供依据。方法:笔者对洛阳市第三人民医院在2013年1-6月的红细胞输注病例进行回顾性调查,用Logistic回归分析的方法分析红细胞输注后影响其效果的有关因素。结果:456份红细胞输注病例共输注红细胞697次,无效输注107次,占15.35%。用Logistic回归分析影响红细胞输注效果的因素有4个:输血次数、女性妊娠次数、伴随发热以及恶性肿瘤性疾病。结论:输血次数、妊娠次数可能是通过免疫因素影响红细胞输注效果,而发热及恶性肿瘤影响红细胞输注效果的发生机制尚需进一步研究。

Abstract:
Objective: To explore factors affecting efficiency of red blood cell transfusion and improve the transfusion quality. Method: Four hundred and fifty-six copies of the massive transfusion cases from January to June 2013 in Luoyang Third Hospital were retrospectively studied for RBC transfusion results and effect factors. Logistic regression analysis was applied to analyze the factors affecting the efficiency of red blood cell ( RBC ) transfusion. Result: Among the 456 copies of clinical transfusion cases, the frequency of RBC refractory transfusion were 15.35%. Four factors were related to the efficiency of RBC transfusion, including the RBC transfusion frequency, the frequency of pregnancy, fever and tumor. Conclusion: The RBC transfusion frequency, the frequency of pregnancy, fever and tumor were the independent factors affecting the efficiency of RBC transfusion. The RBC transfusion frequency and the frequency of pregnancy are correlated with the immunity. The agents that fever and tumor affected the efficiency of RBC transfusion depend on the further study. Based on the influencing factors to make individualized transfusion may improve the effectiveness.
