参麦注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效观察

目的:观察参麦注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效。方法:将120例患者随机分为对照组60例和治疗组60例,对照组采取常规治疗,治疗组则在常规治疗的基础上加用参麦注射液静滴,比较2组的治疗效果以及不良反应。结果:治疗组总有效率为86.7%,对照组总有效率为75.0%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组每搏输出量、心输出量、左室舒张末期内径、左室射血分数等心功能参数的改善均优于对照组。2组不良反应无显著性差异。结论:参麦注射液能有效改善CHF患者的心功能状况,且安全性高。

Shenmai Injection for Congestive Heart Failure: Observation of Clinical Efficacy

OBJECTIVE： To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenmai injection in treating congestive heart failure （CHF）. METHODS： 120 cases with CHF were randomly assigned to receive conventional therapy（control group） or conventional therapy plus Shenmai injection（treatment group） , The therapeutic efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. RESULTS： There were significant differences between 2 groups in the total effective rate（86.7% in treatment group vs. 75.0% in control group; P〈0.05） . The heart function parameters such as stroke volume, cardiac output, LVDD, LVEF et al. in the treatment group showed better improvement than in control group. There was no statistical difference in adverse effect between the 2 groups. CONCLUSION： Shenmai injection can effectively and safely improve heart function in CHF patients.
