| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨经胃镜鼻空肠置管肠内营养对腹部手术后胃瘫的治疗价值。方法:对21例腹部手术后胃瘫患者进行胃镜检查,对胃镜鼻空肠置管肠内营养的治疗效果进行回顾性分析,观察临床表现、体重、血红蛋白、总蛋白、白蛋白等指标的变化,评价肠内营养支持治疗的效果。结果:所有患者经肠内营养治疗均痊愈,肠内营养后患者体重、血红蛋白、总蛋白、白蛋白均明显提高。结论:经胃镜鼻空肠置管肠内营养能促进胃肠道功能恢复,改善机体营养状况,是一种治疗胃瘫的有效手段。
