| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高龄肺癌病人全肺切除术后的护理。方法总结行全肺切除术的32例70岁以上的老年肺癌患者的临床资料,探讨此类病人的护理要点。结果通过医生的精心治疗和护理人员的整体护理,32例患者全部康复出院,单次住院期间无院内死亡病例。结论加强术后护理是高龄全肺切除患者术后顺利康复的重要保障。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the nursing care of elderly patients with lung cancer after pneumonectomy.Methods The clinical data of 32 lung cancer patients over 70 years old who underwent pneumonectomy in our hospital were analyzed and the discussion focused on the care.Results With the careful treatment by doctors and holistic nursing by nurses,the 32 patients recovered and were discharged from hospital,without in-hospital deaths.Conclusion Strengthening the postoperative care is an important guarantee for the successful rehabilitation of elderly patients with lung resection. |
