热休克蛋白70在胃癌组织中表达及与胃癌生物学行为的关系

目的检测热休克蛋白70在人胃癌组织中的表达,探讨热休克蛋白70表达与胃癌生物学行为的关系.方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测41例胃癌组织中热休克蛋白70的表达.结果热休克蛋白70在胃癌组织中的表达高于癌旁正常粘膜组织,在未分化型癌中的表达高于分化型(P＜0.05),淋巴结转移阳性的病例中表达高于淋巴结转移阴性的病例(P＜0.05),在不同的TNM分期中表达不同,随着分期的增高,表达也呈现增高的趋势.Ⅱ期与Ⅳ期比较具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论热休克蛋白70在胃癌组织中表达升高,并且与胃癌的进展和转移相关.

The expression of the heat shock protein7o in gastric cancer and the relationship between its expression and biological behavior of gastric cancer

To detect the expression of heat shock protein 70(hsp70) in gastric cancer and explore the relationship between biological behavior of gastric cancer and the expression of hsp70. Methods The expression of hsp70 was detected in 41 patients with gastric cancer by immunohistochemioal method. Results The expression of hsp70 was higher in gastric cancer than that in the normal mucosa beside the tumor ( P < 0.05), and it was higher in the cases with undifferentiated type and lymph node mataslasis than that in the cases with differentiated type and without lymph node metastasis( P < 0.05) . Its expression was different in the different TNM stages. With the increasing of the tumor stage the expression of hsp70 increased. There was significant difference of hsp70 expression between the tumor with stage two and stage four( P < 0.05) . Conclusion The expression of hsp70 increased in the gastric cancer, and it related with progression and metastasis of gastric cancer.
