| Abstract: | Lymphoepithelial carcinoma (LEC) of the maxillary sinus is a very rare neoplasm that shares some characteristics with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) has been reported to be associated with LEC located outside of the nasopharynx in Asian populations. |
