醒脑静治疗急性重度一氧化碳中毒疗效观察

目的研究醒脑静对急性重度一氧化碳（CO）中毒的治疗作用。方法81例重度一氧化碳中毒患者[格拉斯哥昏迷评分（GCS）〈8）]随机分为两组：对照组40例,高压氧治疗后常规治疗;治疗组41例,高压氧治疗后加用醒脑静注射液及常规治疗。观察两组患者24 h清醒率及治疗2周时APACHE Ⅱ（acute physiology and chronichealth evaluation Ⅱ）评分。结果治疗组患者24 h内清醒率（87.8%）高于对照组（70%）,P〈0.05;2周时A-PACHE Ⅱ评分,治疗组低于对照组,P〈0.05.结论醒脑静可促进重度一氧化碳中毒患者早期苏醒,减轻病情,改善预后。

Observation on curative effects of Xingnaojing injection on acute severe carbon monoxide poisoning

Objective: To observe the curative effects of Xingnaojing injection in treating acute severe carbon monoxide poisoning.Methods: Eighty-one patients with acute severe carbon monoxide poisoning were randomly divided into 2 groups: the control group(40 cases) and the treatment group(41 cases).The score of Glasgow coma scale(GCS) of each patient was less than eight.The control group was treated with conventional treatment following hyperbaric oxygen(HBO).On the basis of the treatments of the control group,the treatment group was added Xingnaojing injection.The revival rates within 24 h and the scores of APACHE II(acute physiology and chronic health evaluation II)after 2 weeks were observed.Results: In the treatment group,the revival rate(87.8%)within 24 h was higher than that(70%) in the control group,and the sores of APACHE II after 2 weeks were lower than those in the control group.The differences were significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion: On the basis of HBO and conventional treatments,using Xingnaojing injection to treat acute severe carbon monoxide poisoning can obviously promote early revival,alleviate the severity of illness and improve the prognosis.
