102例早期新生儿死亡围产因素分析

目的分析萧县2006～2012年早期新生儿死亡主要原因。探索相关影响因素和干预措施。方法收集萧县2006～2012年5岁以下儿童死亡资料,重点分析早期新生儿死亡水平变化情况和主要死因,并对预防新生儿死亡发生提出干预措施。结果 2006～2012年早期新生儿平均死亡率为8.5‰,2007年早期新生儿死亡率最高,达到15.7‰,不同年份死亡率差异有统计学意义(χ2=36.216,P﹤0.001),早期新生儿死亡率呈逐年下降趋势;死因顺位中前三位依次是出生窒息、早产及低出生体重、出生缺陷。结论萧县早期新生儿死亡率处于比较高的水平,提高围产期保健服务质量和系统管理,提高基层产科人员知识技能,有助于降低早期新生儿死亡风险。

Analysis of perinatal factors of early neonatal death

Objective To analyze the main cause of early neonatal death in Xiaoxian county from 2006 to 2012,and explore influencing factors and interventions of early neonatal death.Methods The monitoring data of 102 deaths of early neonatal from 2006 to 2012 in Xiaoxian county were retrospectively analyzed.Results Perinatal mortality rate was 8.5‰ in 2006 ～ 2012 in Xiaoxian county.The rate of early neonatal death was reduced year by year.The first three causes of early neonatal death were birth asphyxia,premature delivery or low birth weight,birth defect.Conclusions Our research improves the quality of health care services and system management during pregnant and puerperal period,strengthens the basic medical and health institutions maternity personnel training.Standardized neonatal asphyxia resuscitation training and supervision,and strengthening cooperation between pediatrics and obstetrics to improve the neonatal survival quality.
