| 摘 要： | 本文对我院1965年～1987年经手术探查,病理检查证实为胃恶性淋巴瘤的14例病例进行回顾性分析.由于本病缺乏典型病史和症状,X线检查表现多样,内镜检查活检深度有限,术前常易误诊,本组误诊率72％,对如何提高诊断率进行了讨论。本病治疗应争取以手术为主的综合治疗。影响术后效果的因素包括病变分期,肿瘤的恶性程度及是否进行化疗及放疗。 |

| Abstract: | A retrospectiv analysis was carried out on 14 cases of gastric lymphoma patients who had been operated on with pathological evidences. It is easy to make a misdiagnosis of gastric lymphoma before the operation because of lack typical manifestation, variable X-ray appearance, and limited deep of biopsy through endoscopy. 72% cases in this group had been misdiagnosised. It has been discussed about how to increase accurate diagnosis rate in the articule. Operation should be the main procedure accompanied by other remedies for the treatment of gastric lymphoma. The factors affected effect including the stages and malignancy of the tumor, whether chemical and radiational therapies had been undertaken. |
