M 油田深部调驱矿场先导性试验研究

摘    要:M 油田TⅠ油组为典型的层状边水中低渗透砂岩油藏, 纵向发育的2 个含油小层TⅠ2、TⅠ3 因层间矛盾 突出导致注入水利用率低、无效循环严重。在搞清井间剩余油分布和注水优势通道的基础上, 优选耐温抗盐性能突出的 纳米微球、体膨型颗粒、改性聚合物冻胶及改性聚合物凝胶等4 种调驱剂, 根据油水井井况选择不同的体系组合, 在剩 余油富集、注水优势通道发育、连通性较好的4 个井组下部TⅠ3 高吸水层段开展深部调驱先导性矿场试验。调剖后单 井平均视吸水指数由20. 2m3 / (d·MPa) 降至8. 7m3 / (d·MPa), 单井平均注入压力由7MPa 上升至18MPa, 含水率 由89. 1%下降至85. 4%, 截至2015 年12 月试验区累计增油2. 31×104 t, 区块整体递减减缓。阐述此技术的配方、用量 及应用效果, 从而为中低渗透砂岩油藏提高采收率提供技术支撑。

Research of The Pilot Field Test of Deep Profile Control in M Oilfield

Abstract:The TI oil group in M Oilfield is a typical stratiform sandstone oil pool with edge-water and medium-low permeability. There was two oil-bearing sub-layers (TI2 and TI3) developed longitudinally in it. The obvious interlayer contradiction leads to low utilization efficiency of the injected water and serious ineffective circulation. Based on finding out the distribution of remaining oil between wells and predominant water injection channels, we optimized four kinds of profile control agents such as nanoparticles, volume expansion particles, modified polymer jelly, and modified polymer gel, with outstanding temperature-resistant and salt-tolerant performance. According to specific situations of producers/ injectors to select different combination of systems, a pilot field test of deep profile control was carried out at the high water-intake intervals of the lower TI3 of the four well groups that have enriched remaining oil, well -developed predominant water injection channels, and good connectivity. After the profile control, the average apparent water injectivity index of individual wells is decreased from 20. 2m3 / (d·MPa) to 8. 7m3 / (d·MPa). The average injection pressure of individual wells is increased from 7 MPa to 18 MPa, and the water cut is declined from 89.1% to 85.4%.The cumulatively increased oil amount was 2. 31×104t in the test area up to December 2015, showing a slow-down of the overall decline in this block. The formulation, dosage and application effect of this technology are described in this paper, thereby it provides technical support for enhancing oil recovery in medium-low permeability sandstone oil reservoirs.
