PDCA管理在牙周炎健康教育中的应用

目的 探讨中度慢性牙周炎患者治疗过程中采用PDCA管理结合健康教育的方法和效果。方法 将140名患者随机分为实验组和对照组，各70例。实验组患者采用PDCA管理结合健康教育，对照组患者采用一般健康教育，比较2组患者治疗效果和健康教育效果。结果 治疗后，2组患者PLI、GI、PD与治疗前相比均有明显下降（P<0.05）；治疗后实验组PLI、GI、PD数据优于对照组，且差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组健康教育依从性有显著差异。结论 PDCA管理结合健康教育可以提高牙周病治疗疗效改善牙周病患者依从性。

The application of PDCA cycle in periodontitis health education

Objective To observe the effect of Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) management combining with health education on patients with periodontitis. Methods 140 patients with periodontitis were randomly divided into experiment and control groups with each group consisting of an equal number of patients. The control group received a traditional periodontal health education, while patients in the experiment group received the periodontal health education combining with PDCA management. Then the two groups were compared in terms of plaque index (PLI), gingival index (GI), probing depth (PD) before and after treatment. Results The PLI, GI and PD of both groups after treatment were statistically significant lower (P<0.05) than those before treatment. The PLI, GI and PD in the experiment group was significantly lower (P<0.05) than those in the control group. The patient compliance in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group. Conclusion The PDCA management combining with health education is helpful for periodontitis patients to get better treatment efficiency and improve patient compliance.
