摘    要:
目的:研究失效模式与效应分析改善医院保洁的质量。方法:组建失效模式与效应分析小组,根据之前存在的问题重新设计、完善医院保洁流程,应用FMEA方法评估并分析保洁流程中有可能出现的失效模式,并且制定改进措施,同时予以评估。结果:医院保洁流程中有未做手卫生(危机值=420)、清洁消毒步骤紊乱(危机值=450)、毛巾不能一床一换(危机值=450)、消毒剂的不正确使用(危机值=175)等高风险失效模式,经FMEA方法分析后采取了措施改进,上述存在的高风险失效模式的危机值均显著下降,保洁质量明显提高。结论:失效模式与效应分析改善医院保洁质量效果显著,值得临床推广。

Abstract:
Objective:Analysis of effect of cleaning to study the failure mode and effect. Methods:To build team of failure mode and effects analysis(FMEA)method,redesign the cleaning process according to the previous problems, evaluation the failure mode could occuring from FMEA method,and make improvement measures and evaluation at the same time. Results:The crisis values of cleaning processes which are performed by no hand hygiene(crisis value=420),cleaning step disturbanced(crisis value=450),towels for a bed not be changed (crisis value=450),incorrect use of disinfectants (crisis value=175)and other high risk of failure modes were decreased significantly from the measure improvement by the FMEA analysis. Conclusion:The failure mode and effect analysis of improveing the quality of hospital cleaning effect is worthy promotion in the clinic .
