| 摘 要： | 医联体是我国医疗卫生服务体系供给侧改革的重要组成部分,是推进分级诊疗的重要形式。文章聚焦医疗协作模式医联体,以激励相容理论为基础分析医疗协作模式医联体内供需政保之间的激励冲突,从激励机制、患者利益、顶层设计、医联体医保改革出发,为推进医疗协作模式医联体可持续发展提供建议。 |

| Abstract: | Medical alliance is an important part of the supply-side reform of China's medical and health service system and an important form of promoting hierarchical diagnosis and treatment.This paper focuses on medical alliance of medical collaboration model,analyzes incentive conflict between supply and demand,government and medical insurance of medical alliance in medical collaboration model based on incentive compatibility theory,and provides sugge tions for promoting the sustainable development of medical alliance in medical collaboration model from the perspectives of incentive mechanism,patients’benefit,top-level design and medical insurance reform of medical alliance. |
