According to the characteristics of Major New Drug Research and Development in the Major National Science and Technology Projects of China,we make full use of information technology such as computer and network technology to design a project management system,which can apply to the multicenter units,three-level management system.This is a set of comprehensive system,including beforehand,process and afterwards control during the whole process management.With project comprehensive evaluation oriented,this system can help to realize the information and visual control of the nodes of scientific research project approval,change,stage examination and final acceptance.With the design and development of the project management system,manpower,material and financial resources are saved.In the meantime,the level of refinement and intelligence of major project management can be improved.
