美罗培南在新生儿重症感染治疗中的应用价值及安全性

目的:探讨美罗培南在新生儿重症感染治疗中的应用价值及安全性。方法:选取在我院进行治疗的重症感染新生儿82例,予以美罗培南治疗,观察治疗后患儿实验室细菌学培养情况、临床效果以及不良反应的发生率。结果: 82例重症感染的新生儿总有效率为87.80%。共分离出43株致病菌株,经美罗培南治疗后的细菌清除率为86.05%。共发生5例不良反应,不良反应发生率为6.10%。结论:对于重症感染的新生儿,应用美罗培南进行治疗,细菌清除率高,可以显著提高治疗的临床效果,并且安全性高,值得在临床推广使用。

The Application Value and Safety of Meropenem in the Treatment of Neonate Severe Infection

Objective: To study the application value and safety of meropenem in the treatment of neonate severe infection. Methods: Eighty two cases of neonates with severe infection were selected. All neonates accepted meropenem. The clinical effects, bacteriological culture results and the incidences of adverse reactions were observed. Results: The effective rate was 87.80%. Laboratory results showed 43 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated. After treatment, the clearance rate was 86.05%. There were 5 adverse reactions, and the incidence rate of adverse reaction was 6.10%. Conclusion: For the neonates with severe infection, meropenem can improve the clinical curative effect significantly and have high security, is worthy of clinical application.
