| 摘 要： | 目的观察依达拉奉治疗糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）的疗效。方法将83例患者随机分为治疗组（41例）和对照组（42例），均在胰岛素强化降糖治疗基础上，治疗组给予依达拉奉与丹参，对照组给予甲钴胺与丹参治疗，连用2周后评估其疗效。结果治疗组DPN的症状、体征及神经传导速度改善明显高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论依达拉奉可明显改善DPN的治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of edaravone for diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN) . Methods A total of 83 DPN cases were at random divided into treatment group(n=41) and control group(n=42) . The treatment group was given edaravone and Danshen and the control group was given mecobalamin and Danshen,during which the control of blood sugar with insulin were performed simultaneously in the two group.
