组蛋白去乙酰化酶在结缔组织病中的作用

摘    要:组蛋白的乙酰化状态影响基因的表达水平,受组蛋白乙酰化酶与组蛋白去乙酰化酶(histone deacetylases,HDACs)共同调控。细胞异常状态下,组蛋白去乙酰化酶活性明显增强,打破原有的基因表达平衡状态,导致一些影响细胞增殖和调控细胞周期的分子表达失衡,则会导致疾病的发生。越来越多的研究证实组蛋白可逆性的乙酰化和去乙酰化在免疫反应调节中具有重要作用。本文从组蛋白去乙酰化酶结构功能出发,综述其在结缔组织病中可能的作用。

Abstract:The acetylation status of histone can affect gene expression,which is regulated by histone acetylases and histone deacetylase (HDACs).Once histone deacetylase activity was significantly enhanced,it could disturb the balance of gene expression leading to the dys-regulation of proliferation or cell cycle then cause diseases.Accruing studies indicated that the reversible acetylation modification has an important role in the regulation of immune response.From the structure and function of histone deacetylase,we summarize their possible roles in connective tissue disease in this paper.
