大连市公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生学调查

摘    要:目的研究大连市公共场所集中空调通风系统污染状况。方法于2008年6—7月,依据《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》(卫监督发[2006]58号)的要求,随机抽取大连市14家公共场所(其中宾馆7家、大型超市6家、游泳馆1家),检测集中空调通风系统中的管道积尘量、积尘中的细菌总数、真菌总数、送风空气中的可吸入颗粒物、送风空气中的细菌总数、真菌总数;同时采集冷却塔中冷却水500ml,检测冷却水中的嗜肺军团菌。结果集中空调通风系统管道内的积尘量和积尘中的细菌总数、真菌总数超标率分别为35.71%、2.90%、2.90%;送风空气中的可吸入颗粒物、细菌总数、真菌总数的超标率分别为42.68%、53.03%、28.79%;冷却水中的嗜肺军团菌的检出率为27.3%。结论大连市公共场所集中空调通风系统存在一定程度的污染。

Abstract:[ Objective ] To study the contamination status of central air conditioning ventilation system in public places of Dalian City. [ Methods] According to the requirements of " Hygiene Criterion Central Air Conditioning Ventilation System in Public Places", 14 public places ( including 7 hotels, 6 large-scale supermarkets, 1 swimming pool) were randomly sampled in Dalian City during June--uly, 2008. Pipeline dust accumulation amount, total bacteria and total fungi in dust accumulation, particulate matter in blowing air, total bacteria and total fungi in blowing air were detected ; 500 ml cooling water in cooling tower were collected for detection of Legionella pneumophila. [ Results] Over standard rate of dust accumulation amount, total bacteria and total fungi in dust accumulation was 35.71%, 2.90%, 2. 90%, respectively; that of particulate matter, total bacteria and total fungi in blowing air was 42.68%, 53.03%, 28.79% ; detection rate of Legionella pneumophila was 27.3% in cooling water. [ Conclusion] A certain degree of contamination exists in the ventilated systems of the central air conditioning system in the public places of Dalian City.
