杏鲍菇多糖对衰老模型小鼠学习记忆能力和脑组织抗氧化能力的影响

摘    要:目的观察杏鲍菇多糖对D-半乳糖衰老模型小鼠的影响。方法ICR小鼠72 只,随机分为6 组:多糖低剂量组、多糖中剂量组、多糖高剂量组、脑复康组、模型组、正常对照组,每组12 只。建立D-半乳糖致小鼠衰老模型。6 周后行Y 型迷宫测试,测定脏器指数,采用黄嘌呤氧化酶法、TBA比色法测定大脑超氧化物歧化酶(SOD) 活性和丙二醛含量,Sohal 法测定小鼠大脑组织中脂褐质含量,双波长薄层扫描仪测定全脑谷氨酸的含量。结果与模型组相比,多糖中、高剂量组Y 型迷宫成绩提高(P<0.05),脑SOD活性上升, 丙二醛、脂褐质含量降低;多糖高剂量组脑指数和肾指数上升,脑组织谷氨酸含量降低(P<0.05)。结论杏鲍菇多糖能改善D-半乳糖衰老模型小鼠学习记忆能力和脑组织抗氧化能力。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of Pleurotus eryngii polysaccharide on aging mice induced by D-galactose (D-gal). Methods 72 ICR mice were divided into high, moderate, and low dosages (of polysaccharide) groups, piracetam group, model group, and control group, 12 in each group. The model of aging mice was induced with D-gal. They were tested with Y-maze, and the contents of superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), lipofuscin and L-glutamate in cerebrum were determined 6 weeks after model. Results Compared with the model group, the achievement of Y-maze improved, the activities of SOD increased and the content of MDA and lipofuscin decreasd in high and moderate dosage groups (P<0.05), while the mass of brain and kidney increased and the L-glutamate decreased in the high dosage group (P<0.05). Conclusion Pleurotus eryngii polysaccharide can ameliorate aging of mice induced by D-gal.
