| 摘 要： | 目的探讨纤维支气管镜检查在煤工尘肺及其并发症诊断中的应用价值。方法对78例煤工尘肺经纤维支气管镜观察、活检、刷检。结果所有煤工尘肺受检查者在纤支镜下均存在粘膜表面斑片状发黑区及不同程度的支气管狭窄、变形等改变,同时尘肺融合灶可能并存结核或者恶性肿瘤。结论支气管镜检查对我国尘肺的诊断工作起到很大的促进作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss textile fiber bronchoscope inspection in coal labor pneumoconiosis and complication diagnosis application value and under coal labor pneumoconiosis mirror＇s characteristic.Methods Textile fiber bronchoscope observation,the biopsy,brushes examines were carried on 78 cases of coal labor pneumoconiosis.Results All pneumoconiosis coal labor who had the inspector under a filament mirror exited the mucous membrane surface spot laminated shape to become dark and some changes like bronchostenosis,distortion in varying degree,simultaneously pneumoconiosis lesions possibly coexisted the tuberculosis or the malignant tumor.Conclusion The bronchoscope inspection takes a parameter to introduce in the coal labor pneumoconiosis＇s diagnosis standard,it will play a great role in promoting the work of the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis in China. |
