| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨治疗婴幼儿腹泻的有效途径.方法:将60例患儿随机分为治疗组及对照组各30例.两组均采用口服补液方法,治疗组以中药酊剂外涂神阙穴,对照组以阿莫西林口服.结果:治疗组治愈率、有效率均明显优于对照组(P＜0.01,P＜0.05),无副作用发生.结论:中药外涂神阙穴治疗婴幼儿腹泻疗效确切,且操作简单. |

| Abstract: | Objective To study effective method for treatment of infantile diarrhea. Methods Sixty cases of infantile diarrhea were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, 30 cases in each group. Both the treatment group and the control group received oral rehydration. Additionally, the patients in the treatment group were treated by compress of TCM tincture on the point Shenque (CV 8) and the control group were treated by oral amoxicillin capsules. Results The cured rate and the effective rate in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group ( P <0 01, P <0 05), with no adverse response. Conclusion Compress of TCM on Shenque (CV 8) has a definite therapeutic effect on infantile diarrhea with simple manipulation. |
