| 摘 要： | 目的观察早期联用乌司他丁、丹参注射液对胸腹部创伤后急性肺损伤(ALI)的防治作用。方法将60例急性胸腹部创伤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,两组西医常规治疗相同。治疗组加用乌司他丁、丹参注射液静滴。观察两组患者治疗前后血气分析指标、住院时间、住ICU时间、急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)发生率和病死率,并测定血浆肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的水平。结果治疗组各项指标明显优于对照组。结论胸腹部创伤后ALI患者早期联合应用乌司他丁及丹参注射液进行干预性治疗,能减少ARDS的发生,降低患者病死率。
