辅助生殖技术出生儿童的生长和发育

借助辅助生殖技术出生的儿童在世界上已数十万例,他们的生长发育与自然受孕出生儿童有否存在明显差异受到广泛的关注。本文综述体外受精、卵胞浆单精子注射、胚胎植入前诊断、低温保存技术等辅助生殖技术的妊娠结局,及其出生儿童在不同生长发育阶段(新生儿期、婴儿期、幼儿期、学龄前期、学龄期、青春期)的健康状况。资料表明辅助生殖技术出生儿童的生长发育无明显异常。

Growth and Development of Children Conceived by Assisted Reproductive Techniques

Millions of children conceived by assisted reproductive techniques (ART) were born worldwide. The concern exists that whether the growth and development of ART children is different from that of naturally conceived (NO children. We overview the studies on the pregnancy outcome and the growth and development of children in different developmental stages whom born by using ART, such as in vitro fertilization, intracytoplasmic sperm injection, preimplantation genetic diagnosis and cryopreservation. The analysis shows that the growth and development of children conceived by ART is not different from that of children conceived naturally, and ART is safe.
