| 摘 要： | 目的:研究2型糖尿病患者下肢血管功能的变化规律及临床影响因素。方法:检测不同时期的2型糖尿病患者踝臂指数(ABI),比较它们差异,并将其与临床相关指标进行多元线性回归分析,找出对ABI影响较大的因素。结果:无足部溃疡的患者左右两侧ABI没有差异。有足部溃疡的患者溃疡侧ABI明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与无溃疡患者相比,有足部溃疡患者的无溃疡侧ABI也明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。所有患者ABI均数都在正常范围(0.9 |
